Open Gym’s on Saturday start September 7th, 2019.  They will be from 1-3pm (Exception of a few Saturday’s a year around holiday’s). Cost is $15 and everyone attending needs to have a liability waiver “Enrollment” filled out. Go to “Enrollment Forms” tab and print one out.

Stunt Class focuses on Cheer Stunting for team members to improve their skills as well as those new to cheerleading to learn how to stunt altogether.  We focus on body positioning and technique for all bases and flyers and put additional focus on stretching for flyers as well.
